  1. Access your Gmail account and click the ‘+’ icon on the right-hand side of your screen to access Google Workspace Marketplace.


    Google Workspace Marketplace will load > search Shared Contacts for Gmail® > click the app > click Install and follow the pop-ups. You have successfully installed the Gmail Add-On.

  2. Open up an email, and click the Shared Contacts for Gmail® Add-on that has been installed on the right hand side.


    After clicking the icon, the right-hand side pane opens up.

  3. All the contact information of all email participants in this thread will be displayed. How cool!


    By clicking on the avatar of a participant, you can access more details solely pertaining to that individual.
