Sharing contacts is quite easy with Shared Contacts for Gmail®. However, when you have dozens or even hundreds of contact labels to share with the same user, it makes the process extremely difficult to handle.
For instance, Michael has 200 labels. This means he will need to click on “Share” and add each user and chose their permissions 200 times.
So, we propose two simple tricks to avoid this dilemma:
Solution 1: Share your labels with groups instead of users and
Solution 2: Select several labels at a time.
Time needed: 3 minutes.
Follow these simple steps below to mass share labels:
For this, you need to be a Google workspace G Suite Administrator.
1.1. Access your admin console and simply add a domain group
1.2. Click on Groups
1.3. Create Groups
1.4. Fill in Group Information
1.5. Decide Access Type

In this step, you can add user access permission by clicking the downward arrow on ‘View only’. When applying permissions for domain groups, it is important to remember all participants within the group will be allocated the same access permissions, as they are set on a group level.
