How to Use the Reseller Console

Shared Contacts for Gmail® resellers can enjoy a single platform to manage the subscription of their customers. They can see the terms, and plans of each subscription, see and download their invoices, purchase licenses, and upgrade plans. They can also cancel subscriptions. Step-by-step guide:

Time needed: 1 minute.

To use the Reseller console like a pro, follow these steps:

  1. To access the reseller console, log onto https://partners.gappsexperts.com.


    Click on the “Sign in with Google” button.

  2. Your customer dashboard appears

    Or click on “customers” in the menu

  3. To add a new customer, click on “NEW CUSTOMER” button.

    The button is on the top-right hand side of the console.

  4. Enter the name, email, google domain and organization name of your customer.

    When you’re done, click “send invite”

  5. The user appears as “Invited” until they accept the invitation.

    You can see the status of the invitation in the “Status” section.

  6. After the customer accepts the invitation, you can manage their subscription.

    You can now buy licenses or cancel their subscription on their behalf.

  7. To see the invoices of your customers, click on “Invoices” on the right-hand side console.


    You will find a list of your invoices which you can view/download.

  8. To add licenses to a customer, simply go into the Customer database found in the panel on the left-hand side of the console > Click ‘Manage’.


    Click ‘Manage’ on the customer you would like to add a license(s) to.

  9. Click ‘Add Licenses’

    You may add or subtract as many licenses as you please.

    Click on the button Manage next to the customer on your choice

  10. Manage your number of licenses by clicking the addition sign to add additional licenses or click the minus sign to remove unwanted licenses > Click ‘Order Now’

    You may edit/manage these licenses whenever you need them.

    Click on Add licenses to choose your quantity and then click order
